I've taken 2 or 3 cars to Ken Garff Nissan for oil changes and keep coming back for the price and especially their service. They are always courteous and responsive. I really appreciate the inspection they do to make sure my vehicles are running right. They don't ever try to pressure me into buying their service when they see something wrong (or will go wrong down the road), they simply let me know and do the work only if I ask. Great bunch of people to work with.
Lance was fabulous and my 2026 Frontier was top notch. They didn’t try to overcharge me on the truck and we worked out a good price on it. Would buy from them again.

We were ready for a long and complicated process like we’ve had buying cars in the past, but after making our decision we were out the door in under an hour and a half! Jandy was so sweet and helpful, she got the ball rolling before we even got back to the dealership. I got the exact model/year/color I wanted, overall just a really smooth and stress free process 🙂
Fast, friendly service. Worked with us to have the payment called in. Only down fall was they didn't reset the system in our car and we didn't notice until we had the alert go off after we had put over 300 miles on the new oil change.
I had a rattle in the right rear suspension, and the little car needed a transmission fluid exchange. Always done in good time and worked out well.

Got a transmission fluid change at the shop and they did a big inspection of my car and gave me a video of it. They also gave me a sheet with a nice breakdown of the condition of different things in my car. That was for no extra charge, and the transmission fluid change was $280.

I have been having my cars serviced by Ken Garff since purchasing a car there in 2018. The price of the AdvantageCare package is great. I really appreciate they take time to video their inspection and any points of concern. It was so easy to move my service to a different location when I moved and change the vehicle on the package when I traded up. Everyone has always been friendly, patient and professional. Appointments have been timely, reminders helpful, and service prompt and efficient.

Best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. I'm almost 79 so I've purchased a few vehicles over the years. I was prepared and Garff made it happen. I could easily be a repeat customer in the future. Highly recommend. It's a stepped process and I was treated well through it all. Koodos to Karl, the salesman, he listened, I bought. I'd recommend Garff over and over.
The dealership is conveniently located, appointments are easy to get, and waiting for completion of services hasn't been an issue. Translates to great customer service.

Love that they call to remind you to service your car AND that their service is FREE because I had one more service to use.
Brought my vehicle in because it randomly stalled out when coming to a stop. The vehicle didn't throw a CEL or provide any indication of a fault. Ken Garff was excellent at taking a look at the vehicle without an appointment and kept the vehicle over the weekend to work on it as time allowed. They worked through a thorough diagnostic. They couldn't find a fault but the diagnostic gave helped me eliminate possible causes. Ultimately they couldn't diagnose a repair and didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. Very friendly customer service. Very clean and cozy waiting lobby with TV, free drinks, a many more. I was pleases to see video of my car inspection and going through findings with the tech. Did I mention the current promotion on service package? 5 stars for my people.

Gio was extremely honest and forthcoming. I was looking at purchasing a vehicle remotely and Gio was my salesperson. I was very interested and was going to drive down from Montana next week. I’d asked Gio to check out a few things which were important to me concerning the vehicle.
