UPDATE 9/29/2018: I received a call from one of the Sales Managers Brett today. He was very apologetic for the experience that I had with thew service department. I was very surprised that he had reached out to me about my review and wanted to make it right. I am updating my review to 4 stars only because of Brett and wanting to go above and beyond to make sure his customer is happy and taken care of.My husband and I bought a used 2017 Chevy Traverse less then a week ago. When we bought the car it was really late in the evening and when it took the car home we realized the car was not properly detailed the way it should. There were crumbs of food in the rims of the cup holders and dirty hand prints on the fabric of the ceiling. I just ended up deep cleaning it myself.Then this morning I couldn't get the automatic start to work and the check engine light was on. I took the vehicle to a auto shop to have the code read and they told me it was the Evap Emissions System!!!!!! Something that won't be cheap to fix!! I am currently waiting to hear back from this dealership about what they can do for me, but it sounded like there is nothing I can do unless I just pay out of pocket and I know I did buy the vehicle as is, but come on! How can this new of a vehicle have this many problems already? I am very disappointed and will probably not be purchasing from here again, 2 stars
