I got to the mechanics here and they're always so cool. I had a question and the mechanic literally drew a picture so I could understand what he meant. I didn't feel uncomfortable there like I often do at other mechanics as a woman. They also send videos of them working on your car and what the see while you're waiting. They have automated updates so you'll know when your car is done. Its overall a really great place for me to go for my car maintenance

I purchased the Nissan Riverdale Advantage Plan, which provides three oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes for only $149. I was impressed with the (1) efficiency & integrity of this service center; (2) the videos sent to me by the mechanic while he inspected my car (great job Mason!); (3)the waiting area with complementary drinks; & (4) Nic, the service advisor who provided excellent customer service! I appreciated the manner in which he listened to me about my concerns & did not pressure or act like he was in a hurry. It was a relief to have confidence again having my car serviced!
They are always so nice. Mason Brumley did my emissions for registration. he did such an amazing job of walking me through what he was doing and why it didn't pass and how I can fix the problem.
These guys do service right. The customer service is top notch. The waiting room is extremely comfortable. I go out of my way to service my vehicle here instead of the nearby dealership.

I originally went to Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale for my check engine light, they diagnosed something needed to be cleaned and charged me $350 for that. 2 weeks later, my light turned back on. I went back very upset and told the service tech how upset and frustrated I was. They redid my diagnostic and found my entire transmission needed to be repaired. Nathan Kester took care of me and I ended up paying the minimal amount for my car to be in a much better shape!
